Deadline for content submission for the Progress Report is early January 2009.

Advertising Flyer Inclusions

• Rate is $125.00 for inclusion in the mailing to over 2000 individuals.
• Advertiser supplies 2500 copies of the flyer for inclusion.
• Deadline for payment and receipt of ads for the Progress Report is not yet set.
  Please allow for delivery time so the inserts arrive on time.

• Black and white art
  TIFF or PDF - 600 dpi
• Color art
  300dpi for color.

Please note the sizes for ads and create the ad accordingly.

Full Page Cover: back, or inside front or back (7.5 x 10)	$150.00

General Guidelines

1. Advertiser chooses ad location: add 50% to above price
2. CONduit staff creates ad: add $20 to above price
3. If CONduit staff creates the ad, advertiser will be shown a proof.
   Advertiser may make changes to this proof and CONduit staff will correct the ad accordingly. Any additional changes beyond the first proof will be charged at $15/hour/ad (minimum 1 hour charge).
4. Payment for the ad is due upon receipt of the insert order.
5. Deadline for payment and receipt of ads: April 8, 2008
