Call for a late check in or to request a late check out.
Use the reservation code "CONduit" when calling to make your reservation so your room will be credited to the CONduit block of rooms. Please also verify with the Hotel Registration Desk that you are part of CONduit's room block when you check in. This helps the convention keep costs down, which benefits everyone.
You can not get the special rate through the Raddison Web Site or any other hotel reservation web site.
CONduit rates are guaranteed (subject to room availability) through 11:59pm (Mountain Daylight Time, or UTC -6) May 16, 2010.
Please let us know if the hotel tells you no rooms are available, and who you spoke to at the hotel.
Reservations made after May 14, 2010 are subject to the non-convention rate.
